Refund Policy
At PolivuEco, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our refund and return guidelines below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
- The product received is damaged or defective
- The wrong product was delivered
- The product is significantly different from its description
Return requests must be made within 3–7 days of delivery (customize this if needed).
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or opened products
- Perishable goods
- Items damaged due to misuse
3. Refund Process
Once your return request is approved:
- The product may need to be picked up or shipped back
- After inspection, the refund will be processed
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method
Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider.
4. Replacement
In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
5. Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
